Beginner & Intermediate (no bogu)- includes warm-ups for advanced session
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:00 to 8:15

Part II
Advanced, with bogu (intermediate kenshi without bogu can participate in basic drills with permission)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:00 to 9:30
