Practice Times:

Part I
Beginner (no bogu) & Intermediate (just started wearing bogu or under 13 years old)- includes warm-ups for advanced session
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:00 to 8:30

Part II
Advanced, with bogu (intermediate kenshi can participate in basic drills with permission)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:00 to 9:30
